Where do we store and process personal data?
The cymroglyphics.com runs on a Opencart platform. Opencart act as the Data Processor and data is processed on this Opencart site. Opencart protects personal data, as it is transferred to the United States and Canada and stored, in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR.
Occasionally, as part of the process of despatching orders or for internal sales analysis purposes, contact details may be stored on my personal computer which is also password-protected, has a firewall against viruses and is backed up regularly to protect against accidental loss.
How long do we keep your personal data for?
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. When required, data will be deleted from the Opencart site. Hard disks on the personal computer will be destroyed.
Your rights in relation to personal data
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us using the contact information below, and we will comply except when asked to delete data which we are required to keep by law.
